Curator Jacob Fabricius (DK) will present the artists’ selection for Contour 2013, 6th Biennial of Moving Image, during the international art fair Art Brussels (18 – 21 April).

The announcement of the artists will be preceded by a panel discussion: ‘The Pleasures and Challenges of Collecting and Presenting Video’.

Speakers include: David Claerbout, artist, Antwerp (BE); Ilga Minjon, co-curator, Impakt, Utrecht (NL); Hans Op de Beeck, artist, Brussels (BE); Isabelle & Jean-Conrad Lemaître, collectors, Paris (FR). The panel will be moderated by Rolf Quaghebeur, director of the Argos Centre for Art and Media, Brussels (BE).

The panel discussion, which is co-organised by Art Brussels and Contour, takes place on Thursday 18 April at 15:00 on The Stage in Hall 3 at Brussels Expo. Following the discussion, at 16:15, the artists of Contour 2013 will be announced during a press conference.
